Due to a copyright incident in Germany, which involved a third-party registration of the “WANGPROM” Trademark without our prior knowledge, consequently hindered all reselling of authentic Wangprom Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (“Wangprom Herb”) balm products in Germany.
Wangprom Herb hereby would like to provide an identification guideline of Wangprom Herb’s authentic product for all our distributors and customers as follows:
Wangprom Herb’s authentic balm product shall contain the following on the packaging:
- A logo featuring the image of Dr. Chalerm Wangprom, as shown above, and;
- The place of manufacture shown on the packaging must be that of Wangprom Herb brand production facility in Thailand, by Wangprom Herb or Wangprom Manufacturing only.
